See a lead the way the app shows it.

Pick a trade, open a lead, and dig into the facts behind it. Flip on map layers, see the property from above and from the street, and check what people are searching for. Then turn it into a door hanger, postcard, flyer or first message.

Built-in AI assistant

Ask your leads anything. Get the next move.

Every account has an assistant that reads your own leads, follow-ups and results, then answers in a few lines with the leads to act on and the reason for each. It plans your day, searches every lead, writes in your voice, and lines up changes for you to approve.

  • Plans your dayWho to call, email and knock on, in order, split by how to reach them.
  • Searches every lead"New businesses this month that need liquor liability" or "roofs over 2,500 sq ft, no contact in 30 days", with the full count.
  • Writes in your voiceEmails, texts under 300 characters and call scripts with answers to the usual objections.
  • You confirm every changeStage moves, follow-ups and emails show as a card first. Nothing is saved or sent until you tap.
  • Your day at 7 AMAn optional weekday brief on Today, and talk to type on any text box.

It answers only from your business's data and never invents a lead or a number. It asks your permission before its first answer, can be turned off in Settings, and is included on every plan, including the free trial.

Interactive sample: the businesses, leads and answers are invented and answered in your browser. Nothing is sent to an AI service.

Why AdLogic is different

Most lead lists give you a name.
AdLogic gives you a reason.

Every lead arrives with the reason it may need you now, and the facts behind that reason.

Scored for your trade

One home. Three different scores.

A list broker hands every trade the same row. AdLogic reads the same home differently for a roofer, a gutter crew and an HVAC company, because different facts matter to each. Tap a trade to see why.

What's in the app

Everything you need to find, understand and reach out.

Find

Leads for your trade and your services

Pick your trade, then the services you actually sell, like pressure washing plus concrete sealing, or AC repair plus maintenance plans. Homes and businesses are found and scored for those, and the rest are left out.

Find

Property, business and neighborhood facts

Roof size and slope, tree cover, flood zone and county records where connected; each business's website, reviews and filings; Census figures for the neighborhood, never one household.

Understand

A score and a reason, with sources

Every lead says why it may need you, from a storm track or an aging home to a new business filing. Gaps are shown as gaps.

Understand

Timing from weather and seasons

NOAA hail and wind reports, NWS storm reports and tornado surveys, FEMA declarations, forecasts and your trade's seasons tell you when to reach out, not just who.

Reach out

An AI assistant, emails and print

Ask the built-in assistant who to call next, or have it draft an email, text or call pitch in your voice, and print door hangers, postcards and flyers from your logo and colors. USPS carrier routes let you mail the whole street around a good lead.

Reach out

Follow-ups, team and export

A list, a board and a map with scheduled follow-ups, team access and export. A quote that goes quiet comes back to your Today list after five business days, so no job is lost to a forgotten call.

The data

More context than a name and phone number.

Fresh public records, not a resold list. New carrier registrations and permits are collected every night, and every search checks property, business, neighborhood and weather sources again, so what you see is days old, not months.

Availability varies by location and source, and each source refreshes on its own schedule. AdLogic shows the evidence it has, with its date, and never fills a gap with a guess.

Built for your trade

Each trade has its own buyers, seasons, signals and wording, and you pick the services you sell within it. Search 224 services, or pick a trade.

What does AdLogic do?

AdLogic is lead generation software for independent commercial insurance agents and eighteen local trades, from roofing, HVAC and gutters to pressure washing, tree service and plumbing. It finds homes and businesses in your ZIP codes, scores them for your trade, explains why each one may be worth contacting, and helps you reach out with drafted messages, door hangers, postcards and flyers.

Is the data real-time?

Not all of it. Sources refresh on their own schedules, from hourly for weather to yearly for Census statistics, and every fact on a lead shows its source and date so you can see how current it is.

Does every lead have every data point?

No. Availability varies by location, property and source. County property records are connected for Nashville today. When something is not available, the lead shows a gap rather than a guess.

Why do USPS mail routes matter for outreach?

A USPS carrier route is the set of addresses one mail carrier covers, usually a few hundred neighboring homes. With USPS Every Door Direct Mail you can mail every address on a route without a mailing list or names, at bulk Marketing Mail postage. Homes on one route tend to share the same age, trees and storms, so when one home is a strong lead, the route around it is often worth a postcard too.

Does a storm report mean the property was damaged?

No. A hail report or tornado path near a property is a reason to look, not proof of damage. AdLogic presents it as a signal worth checking.

Does the free trial need a card?

No. The trial is 14 days with no card. Sample leads are in the app right away, and nothing is ever sent from a trial account. After the trial it is $99 a month for one ZIP code and $50 a month for each additional one, cancel any time.

What does a territory cost?

$99 a month covers one ZIP code, and that ZIP is yours alone in your trade: no other business on AdLogic gets leads for your trade there. Each additional ZIP code is $50 a month, and it is yours alone too.

How does the AI assistant work?

Every account has an assistant built into the app. Ask it a question in plain words, typed or spoken, and it reads your own leads, follow-ups and results to answer: who to contact today and why, which quotes are going cold, how the week went, or a search like “roofs over 2,500 sq ft with no contact in 30 days”. It writes emails, texts and call scripts in your voice. Any change it suggests, like moving a lead, setting a follow-up or sending an email, shows as a card first, and nothing is saved or sent until you tap to confirm.

Which AI does it use, and what happens to my data?

Google's Gemini, on Google's paid service, which does not use what the app sends to train its models. The app asks each login for permission before its first AI answer, sends only what the question needs from your own business, never another business's data, and leaves out a lead's phone and email unless you are writing to them. You can turn AI off in Settings, and every other feature keeps working. The AI is included on every plan, including the free trial.

How do I know it's paying for itself?

Mark a lead Won with the job's amount, and Insights › What's working adds it up: what the leads from the app earned you, against what the app costs you a month. The first weekly summary of each month says it too. It counts only jobs you marked, never an estimate.

Will it guarantee me customers?

No. AdLogic helps you find and understand opportunities and reach out to them. Whether a prospect becomes a job depends on your market, your offer and your follow-up.

Do you still build websites?

On request, for AdLogic customers. The product is the software; ask from inside the app or email austin@adlogic.tech.
