The roof from above
Google Solar's roof facts per home: area in squares, slope, the number of facets and the imagery date, so you know a steep 30-square roof from a simple ranch before you drive out.
Every home in your ZIP codes comes with its roof measured from satellite (size, slope and facets) and the hail, wind and tornado reports around it. The morning after a storm, the app shows which streets it crossed and how far each home sat from it, as a reason to look, never as proof of damage.
Every fact on a lead shows its public source and its date, and a gap is shown as a gap. A storm report, a soil rating or a neighborhood's age is a reason to look, not a claim about one property.

NOAA hail and wind reports with size and distance, National Weather Service storm reports, surveyed tornado tracks within a mile, and FEMA declarations with homeowner claims by ZIP.
Where a county publishes them (Nashville today): the last roofing permit on the parcel, roof shape, sale date and value, and the roofing wave on the street.
Radar hail size within 500 m of each house, year built and exterior per parcel, home-improvement loans per tract and competitor permits per street are being added, each with its source and date.

Each lead is scored for roofing, with the reason and the data behind it, sources and dates included, on a map, from above and from the street.
Draft the first email or call, print a door hanger, postcard or flyer in your colors, and schedule the follow-up. You decide who to contact.
No. A hail or wind report is where a spotter or a radar saw it, and a tornado path is a surveyed track. Each is a reason to look at that street that week, shown with its size, distance and date, never a claim about one roof.
Sign up in ten minutes, pick roofing, and the sample leads are waiting while your own list is built. Call or text if you'd rather talk first.
