Privacy Policy

The short version

• This website sets no cookies and has no forms. It counts page views with Vercel Web Analytics, which doesn't identify you or follow you to other sites. The walkthrough video loads nothing from YouTube until you press play.
• What the app collects from you: your account details, your business type, the services you sell, your ZIP codes, your answers at sign-up (such as who your customers are), and what you put into the app. Stripe handles card payments; we never see or store a card number.
• Where business information comes from: public records with a date (state business filings, federal motor carrier registrations and their insurance filings, NPI registrations, city and county permits and permit applications, state childcare licences, federal contract awards, and employers' benefit plan filings with the Department of Labor) and public business listings, including announced opening dates. When a draft email is written, the app may read the first name a business's own website gives its owner, for the greeting only; it is not stored. Tennessee's new records are collected every night into AdLogic's own list of public business records. This is publicly available information about businesses, used in their business capacity. We never keep the names of the people in a filing.
• We never sell or share your account, your lead lists or what you do in the app. AdLogic looks at an individual account only to help with a request you make, read-only, and every such view is logged.
• The outreach is yours. When you email or call a business from the app, you are the sender, and the laws on email and calls (CAN-SPAM, the TCPA, state rules) apply to you.
• Our own sales email. We introduce LeadSweep to local businesses by email and phone using business contact details from public listings. Every email says how to stop, and one reply stops it for good.
