Privacy Policy
Effective August 23, 2026
Short version: this website has no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no cookies. The only information collected is what you type into the contact form.
1.The short version
We think a privacy policy should tell you what actually happens, so here it is up front.
- No analytics. No Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no Segment, no heatmaps, no session recording. We do not measure your visit.
- No cookies. This site sets none. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
- No advertising or tracking. We do not run ads, build profiles, or share anything with advertising networks.
- We never sell your information. Not to anyone, for any price.
- The contact form is the only thing that collects data, and only what you choose to type into it.
The rest of this page explains the details, including the small number of third parties involved in simply serving the site to you.
2.Who is responsible
AdLogic, a web design business owned and operated by Austin Davis in Nashville, Tennessee, is responsible for this website and for personal information collected through it. Contact details are at the bottom of this page.
3.What we collect when you contact us
If you fill in a contact or quote form, we receive what you enter, which may include:
- Your first and last name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if you provide one
- Your existing website address, if you provide one
- The package or service you are interested in
- Whatever you write in the message field
Please do not send passwords, financial account details, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information through the form. If we need credentials during a project, we will arrange a secure way to share them.
If you call, text, or email us directly, we receive whatever that channel carries — your phone number or email address, and the content of your message.
4.Why we use it, and what we do not do with it
We use what you send us to reply to you, prepare a quote, carry out work you have engaged us for, send invoices, and keep ordinary business records.
We do not use it for advertising. We do not add you to a marketing list without you asking. We do not sell, rent, or trade it. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers listed below, and only so far as they need it to do their job.
We may disclose information if we are legally required to, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
5.Third parties involved in running this site
Even a site as simple as this one involves a few other companies. Each is listed with what it receives and why.
| Service | What it receives | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Formspree | Everything you submit through a contact form | Delivers form submissions to our inbox |
| Vercel | Your IP address, browser type, and pages requested, in standard server logs | Hosts and serves this website |
| Google Fonts | Your IP address when font files load | Supplies the two typefaces the site uses |
| Cloudflare (cdnjs) | Your IP address when a script loads | Serves the 3D graphics library used for background visuals |
These providers operate under their own privacy policies. We do not send them anything about you beyond what is described above, and none of them receive your form submissions except Formspree.
6.Cookies and browser storage
This website does not set cookies.
It uses one item of browser session storage — a flag recording that you have already seen the site's opening animation, so it does not replay on every page. It contains no personal information, is not readable by anyone else, is never transmitted to us or to any third party, and is erased when you close the tab.
Because we set no cookies and run no tracking, there is nothing here for a "Do Not Track" signal or a global privacy control to switch off. We do not track you either way.
7.How long we keep things
Form submissions and email correspondence are kept while we are in contact and for as long as we may need them for business and tax records — generally several years for anything relating to paid work, as required for accounting purposes.
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted once they are clearly no longer relevant.
You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will unless we are required to keep it.
8.Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Provide a copy of it
- Correct anything inaccurate
- Delete it
- Stop using it for a particular purpose
Email adlogic.tech@proton.me or call (615) 430-5633 and we will respond within 30 days. We will not charge you, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
California residents. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA and CPRA, and we have not done so in the preceding twelve months. We do not use personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we collect no sensitive personal information through this website.
Tennessee residents. The Tennessee Information Protection Act applies to businesses above revenue and volume thresholds that AdLogic is far below, so it does not apply to us. We extend the rights listed above to you regardless.
Outside the United States. AdLogic operates from Tennessee and information you send us is handled in the United States. If you contact us from elsewhere, you are sending it to us here.
9.Children
This website is for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10.Security
This site is served over HTTPS with a strict content security policy and modern security headers. Form submissions are transmitted encrypted. We limit who can access enquiries to what is necessary to run the business.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We do not ask for sensitive personal information through this website, which is the most effective protection available.
11.Client project data
During a project we are often given access to a client's own systems — hosting, domain registrars, e-commerce platforms, or content systems — and may encounter information belonging to that client and to their customers.
We use that access only to perform the work, we do not copy or retain client customer data beyond what the work requires, and at handover we return or relinquish access. Where a project agreement sets confidentiality terms, those terms apply.
12.Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. Where a change is significant and we hold your contact details, we will tell you directly.
