Canopy per home
USDA tree cover within about 100 yards of each house, as a percent, so a 45% lot and a 5% lot score differently. The app says "mature trees around the home", never that a tree is dead or over the roof: the satellite photo decides.
Every home in your ZIP codes comes with the tree cover around it, measured from satellite, and the wind, hail and tornado reports of the last week. A wooded lot the morning after a storm is the lead; an open lot is left off the list.
Every fact on a lead shows its public source and its date, and a gap is shown as a gap. A storm report, a soil rating or a neighborhood's age is a reason to look, not a claim about one property.

NOAA wind reports within 25 miles and seven days, National Weather Service storm reports ("trees down", "limb on a roof"), high-wind and ice-storm alerts, and surveyed tornado paths. The first line of the email names the storm and how far away it was.
December to February is the pruning window and the quietest month for the buyer; leaf drop in October and November shows the dead limbs that sell winter removals. Each lead carries the next window.
The US Drought Monitor category at every lead (D2 to D4 stress and kill trees), and a power line mapped in OpenStreetMap within 150 feet of the house, with its operator: the limbs utilities and owners pay to have cleared.
Arkansas publishes every county assessor's parcels statewide: lot size, appraised value and land class (residential, agricultural, timber). A big wooded lot becomes a land-clearing, forestry-mulching or fence-row lead.
Beyond HOAs, utilities and cities: poultry and livestock farms (limbs off the houses, fence rows), hunting clubs and lodges (trails, food plots), campgrounds, RV parks and cabin rentals, and the roofers who need the tree off the roof before the tarp.
All 34 tree services in the app, from limb removal and crown raising to forestry mulching, fence rows and poultry houses. Tick the ones you sell at sign-up or in Settings, and the leads, homes, emails and print pieces follow your picks; the ones marked off start unticked (they need a license, a certification or heavy equipment). Prices are 2026 ranges from published cost guides (Arkansas removals average about $1,100), for sizing the opportunity; your prices are your own.

Pick tree service and the ZIP codes you serve. AdLogic finds the homes and businesses that fit, and each ZIP code is yours alone in your trade.
Each lead is scored for tree service, with the reason and the data behind it, sources and dates included, on a map, from above and from the street.
Draft the first email or call, print a door hanger, postcard or flyer in your colors, and schedule the follow-up. You decide who to contact.
No. A wind report or a tornado path near a property is a reason to look, not proof of damage, and the app says so on the lead. The canopy figure is an average over the lot's surroundings, not a verdict on one tree.
Sign up in ten minutes, pick tree service, and the sample leads are waiting while your own list is built. Call or text if you'd rather talk first.
