For every home in your ZIP codes the app estimates the fence line to quote if the yard is fenced: from the county's lot size where a metro publishes it, otherwise from the home's footprint and a typical lot. It never says a yard is unfenced, because the map cannot know that; the satellite photo decides, and the quote is a per-foot price away.
Every fact on a lead shows its public source and its date, and a gap is shown as a gap. A storm report, a soil rating or a neighborhood's age is a reason to look, not a claim about one property.
Fence line if fenced
About how many feet of fence a yard takes, from the parcel's acres (Nashville today) or a typical lot around the footprint, labelled an estimate. Three hundred feet of six-foot privacy fence is a different conversation from a hundred and fifty.
New subdivisions and families
Census block groups where most homes were built since 2000 (new subdivisions fence their yards first), owners versus renters, income against the state, and streets built before 1980 whose original wood fences are past their life.
Wind, dry ground and frost
NOAA wind reports within 25 miles and seven days (panels and gates down), two dry days to set posts, and forecast lows in the twenties that freeze the ground: quotes now, posts at the thaw.
Permits and pools
New single-family permits, pool permits (the barrier code), code violations and short-term-rental permits are the next signals being added, each with its source and date.

How it works for a fencing business
01
Find
Pick fencing and the ZIP codes you serve. AdLogic finds the homes and businesses that fit, and each ZIP code is yours alone in your trade.
02
Understand
Each lead is scored for fencing, with the reason and the data behind it, sources and dates included, on a map, from above and from the street.
03
Reach out
Draft the first email or call, print a door hanger, postcard or flyer in your colors, and schedule the follow-up. You decide who to contact.
One practical question
Does the app know whether a yard already has a fence?
No, and it never claims to. OpenStreetMap's fence lines are too patchy to trust, so the lead says "fence line if the yard is fenced" with the estimate, and you look at the satellite photo before you knock.
