Case Study · Pressure washing
Gwaltney's Pressure Washing
An Astro build with WebGL visuals for a trade that lives and dies on showing the difference.
Live site: gwaltneypressurewashing.com
The brief
Pressure washing sells on contrast — the clean half of a driveway against the dirty half. Gwaltney's needed a site that made that visceral rather than merely documented, while staying fast enough to load on a phone in the field, and structured so it could rank for the specific surfaces they clean.
What was built
Astro architecture
Built on Astro, which ships almost no JavaScript by default. The result stays fast despite the visual treatment.
WebGL visuals
Hardware-accelerated graphics used deliberately for impact, with the heavy work confined to devices that can handle it.
Service pages by surface
Driveways, siding, decks, and roofs treated separately so each can rank for its own searches.
Quote request flow
A structured form capturing surface, size, and condition ahead of a site visit.
Custom logo
Designed in-house as part of the project.
How it was built
Astro, WebGL, deployed from GitHub with continuous deployment.
