Lead generation software for landscaping and lawn care companies

A contract won in January runs from the first mow to the last leaf.

HOAs, property managers, offices and churches bid next year's grounds from November through February, and a new account on a street your crew already mows fits the route. The app finds those buyers in your ZIP codes, reads their sites for bids and vendor lists, sizes every yard from the county lot or the home's footprint, and times it all to the growing weather.

The data edge for landscaping & lawn care

Every fact on a lead shows its public source and its date, and a gap is shown as a gap. The map can't see a lawn: the yard is always an estimate, and the satellite photo, which can be old, decides what is grass and what is beds or pavement.

Every yard sized

The county's lot size less the house, where a county publishes it (Nashville, Arkansas statewide and more), or a rough estimate from the home's footprint and a typical lot. Tree cover comes from the USDA canopy map: heavy canopy means leaves to clean up every fall. Homes close to your route score higher.

Growing weather

Warm days, rain on warm days, dry spells, frost and wind reports around your area, from the National Weather Service and NOAA. Rain in a warm week means the grass jumps, a dry spell means sprinklers get asked about, and the first frost starts the cleanups.

Grounds contracts

Each business's website is read for maintenance contracts, bid requests and vendor lists, common areas, irrigation, HOA boards and new phases of a community. Home builders come from new-home permits, and county records flag a new business moving in, in the metros that publish them, Nashville included.

The grounds calendar

Fourteen seasons a year: spring cleanups, planting, the mowing season, dry summers, aeration and overseeding, fall leaves, winter patio design, tax refund projects, spring home sales, building season, Easter at the churches, fiscal year-ends, school breaks and the November to February bid season. Every lead carries the next one.

Every service it finds leads for

All 21 services in the app for landscaping & lawn care. Tick the ones you sell at sign-up or in Settings, and the leads, homes, emails and print pieces follow your picks. The job sets the price, so no price range is shown; your prices are your own.

How it works for a landscaping & lawn care business

01

Find

Pick landscaping & lawn care and the ZIP codes you serve. AdLogic finds the homes and businesses that fit, and each ZIP code is yours alone in your trade.

02

Understand

Each lead is scored for landscaping & lawn care, with the reason and the data behind it, sources and dates included, on a map, from above and from the street.

03

Reach out

Draft the first email or call, print a door hanger, postcard or flyer in your colors, and schedule the follow-up. You decide who to contact.

One practical question

Does the app see the lawn?

No. The yard is an estimate from the county lot or the home's footprint. AI reads the satellite photo for visible signs, such as a large lawn, bare patches or beds that need mulch, but a photo can be old and the reading can be wrong. Treat it as a reason to drive by, not as a fact about the yard.
