Lead generation software for pest control companies

Pest calls follow the weather. Programs follow the budget.

Warm rain brings ants and mosquitoes, spring swarm days bring termite calls, and the first cold nights bring mice indoors. Kitchens, food warehouses, apartments and hotels set their pest programs with the budget. The app finds those buyers and the homes with the conditions pests like in your ZIP codes, and times each one to the week's weather.

The data edge for pest control

Every fact on a lead shows its public source and its date, and a gap is shown as a gap. The map can't see pests, so nothing here says a home or a business has them. The reasons are the conditions pests like and the week's weather.

Conditions pests like

Each home's size from above, its age (the county's year where a metro publishes it, otherwise the neighborhood's from the Census), tree cover from the USDA canopy map and water nearby from OpenStreetMap. Older homes have more gaps for mice and more wood for termites; shade and standing water suit ticks and mosquitoes.

Pest weather

Warm days, rain on warm days, spring swarm days and the first lows near 40 degrees, from the National Weather Service. Rain in a warm week means ants indoors and a mosquito hatch, and the first cold nights move mice and rats inside.

Programs, not one-off sprays

Each business's website is read for its kitchen, health inspections, third-party food safety audits, guest rooms, senior care, HOA boards, bid requests and pest programs. Google reviews that mention pests are shown to you as what reviewers said, never as a fact, and never quoted to the business. Home builders come from new-home permits, in the metros that publish them, Nashville included.

The pest calendar

Twelve windows a year: termite swarms from March, the warm-weather season, mosquitoes and ticks, stinging insects in late summer, fall rodents, summer travel and bed bugs, spring home sales and their termite letters, building season, patio season, school breaks, holiday kitchens and the November to January budget season. Every lead carries the next one.

Every service it finds leads for

All 20 services in the app for pest control. Tick the ones you sell at sign-up or in Settings, and the leads, homes, emails and print pieces follow your picks. The job sets the price, so no price range is shown; your prices are your own.

Restaurants and bars, grocery stores and food retail, food warehouses, distributors and plants, HOAs and community associations, property management companies, apartment and multifamily communities, hotels, private schools and daycares, medical and dental offices, senior living and care homes, churches, realtors and home inspectors, and home builders. The Neighborhoods search adds the homes in your ZIP codes.

Each buyer type comes with the person to ask for, the best day and hour to reach them, the seasons that matter to them, and an email and call pitch drafted in your voice. Nothing is sent unless you send it.

How it works for a pest control business

01

Find

Pick pest control and the ZIP codes you serve. AdLogic finds the homes and businesses that fit, and each ZIP code is yours alone in your trade.

02

Understand

Each lead is scored for pest control, with the reason and the data behind it, sources and dates included, on a map, from above and from the street.

03

Reach out

Draft the first email or call, print a door hanger, postcard or flyer in your colors, and schedule the follow-up. You decide who to contact.

One practical question

Does the app know who has pests?

No. It can't see pests, and it never says a home or a business has them. It shows the conditions pests like, such as an older home, trees touching it or water nearby, along with the week's weather and what reviewers wrote. You decide what is worth a call.

Where to next

Fourteen days, no card

See what it finds in your ZIP code.
Then decide.

Sign up in ten minutes, pick pest control, and the sample leads are waiting while your own list is built. Call or text if you'd rather talk first.
